Integrative Cupping will give you the foundations and knowledge to start cupping!! Skills learned in this class can be applied quickly and easily to any massage style. Learn the science and techniques that make cupping such a wonderful and versatile tool. This class includes the use of different glass, silicon, and polycarbonate cups and the best applications for each. Fire Cupping will not be taught in these classes.

4CE Hours or 8CE Hours
In this class, students learn the fundamentals of cupping. It is the prerequisite class for the other classes in the series. This class discusses the theories of negative pressure and how cupping affects various body systems, as well as the benefits, contraindications, and precautions for cupping as a bodywork modality. Students practice hands-on application of cups, working with various pressure levels and techniques. *Also available via distance learning/webinar.

4CE Hours
The Upper Body Course dives deeper into specific cupping applications of the upper body. This class reviews upper-body lymphatic pathways and contraindications to cupping, along with common upper-body conditions and dysfunctions. Students will perform hands-on application of cups for conditions involving the thoracic region, posterior and anterior shoulder, elbow joint, forearm, and hand. *Also available via distance learning/webinar.

4CE Hours
The Lower Body Course dives deeper into specific cupping applications of the lower body. This class reviews lower-body lymphatic pathways and contraindications to cupping, along with common lower-body conditions and dysfunctions. Students will perform hands-on application of cups for conditions involving hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, lower leg, and foot. *Also available via distance learning/webinar.

4CE Hours
The Abdomen Course dives deeper into cupping applications for the stomach and abdomen. This class reviews the lymphatic and digestive pathways of the body. You will learn applications, techniques, common conditions, and contraindications for cupping the stomach and abdomen specifically. Students will perform hands-on applications for digestive movement and dysfunctions. *Also available via distance learning/webinar.

4CE Hours
The Face Course dives deeper into cupping applications of the face. This class reviews the lymphatic pathways for the head, neck, and face. You will learn application, techniques, common conditions, and contraindications for cupping the face specifically. Students will perform hands-on applications for sinus pressure, TMJ dysfunction, and lymphatic drainage. A great class for Estheticians. *Also available via distance learning/webinar.

4CE Hours
The Face and Abdomen Course dives deeper into cupping applications. This class reviews the lymphatic pathways for the head, neck, and face. You will learn application, techniques, common conditions, and contraindications for cupping the face and abdomen specifically. Students will perform hands-on applications for sinus pressure, TMJ dysfunction, lymphatic drainage, and digestive dysfunctions. *Also available via distance learning/webinar.

4CE Hours
Many of us take classes or webinars that have a ton of great information, but want more time, more practice, and more personal instruction after the class is over. Maybe there are lingering questions or something that came up in a session that you want to talk about. In this hands-on class, students will practice cupping and receive feedback. Students will be coached and supported, working to foster individual creative cupping skills. As learning opportunities arise and different issues are presented, mini-demos and lessons will take place throughout this live class. *Also available via distance learning/webinar.

8CE Hours
The use of cups to support lymphatic drainage on various regions of the body. Emphasis is on reviewing pertinent anatomical structures and the function of the lymphatic system. Students will use cupping concepts, techniques, and applications to deliver comprehensive therapeutic treatments.
