A modality is only as good as the therapist who performs it. As a skilled massage therapist and accomplished bodywork educator, I take an integrative approach to massage and bodywork and don’t believe in pricing based on a particular modality, tool, or depth of pressure. Preference on pressure or style shouldn't determine the benefits of the session, nor the price.

Massage & Bodywork

Bodywork sessions are customized for the individual and integrate various massage and manual therapy techniques, especially cupping. The purpose is to efficiently manipulate soft tissues in order to improve muscle function, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote the healing process. Manual therapy techniques may include, but are not limited to:

The cultivation of different techniques to create a session makes the session uniquely created for the individual.

SESSIONS

Bodywork sessions are combined with the BEMER therapy. This combination creates profound change throughout the physical body down to the cellular level. There is also the option to combine the bodywork with the VibroAcoustics, which adds a multi-sensory immersion of vibration and sound to the bodywork.
